12 shooters attended the MRPA smallbore division annual conventional prone regional held at Capital City Rifle Club. The weather was very iffy for the whole weekend. We were able to get the match in on Saturday but Sunday was different. On the very last match a very heavy rain hit and the match was delayed for about 20 minutes.

At the conclusion a distinguished smallbore rifle award was presented to Peter Church and Richard Clark in recognition of shooting excellence in the State of Michigan. The award was created in 1980 and reinstated in 2010. It is earned by a state resident only.
