The 2023 3-Position Conventional Smallbore State Championship, sponsored by the Michigan Rifle & Pistol Association, was held October 7, 2023 at South Kent Sportsman's Club. There were seven entries. Temperatures were chilly to start and warmed to only 50 degrees as the day progressed. The wind came from various directions but was persistent around 6 MPH, with occasional gusts up to 14 MPH. At various times it was sunny, cloudy, and raining.

Cameron Zwart earned the match win for the second consecutive year. He was the top shooter in each position. Alexander Straith was the high expert. Collin Fox was the high sharpshooter. Mahmoud Salih was the high marksman. Joshua Haan was the high collegiate. Miranda Howell was the high woman.
